Crystal Healing

Throughout day-to-day life we can get bogged down by stress: mentally, physically, emotionally, and energetically. As the stress continues to build it can lead to disruptions in our body’s energy field. With a Crystal Healing session crystals & stones are placed on, and around, the body to help balance and heal those disruptions. Each session includes an additional 30 minutes for detailed discussion and picking of the crystals to be used.

Deep Tissue Massage

Using the basic concepts of Structural Integration, this deep tissue massage utilizes slow, relaxing strokes that allow the body to adjust the depth on it's own. When the body is able to adjust slowly, the tissues are allowed to fully release any tension and full relaxation can occur. Each session includes an additional 30 minutes for detailed discussion.
